In order to provide a quality service, we share your information in different stages with third parties involved:

• Movers in origin or destination
• Custom brokers / agents
• Shippers or airliners
• Ground transportation companies
• Any official organization requiring information by legal causes.

All those parties are informed and committed to accomplish the elements of this privacy policy and its principles; more over we have taken all legal and ethic measures to ensure that our supply chain and third parties know, understand and maintain such policy.

Administration: We document properly this privacy policy and communicated to the internal company personnel. The active employees are notified by email and/or by writing about this policy and all the new employees will be given this policy in the introduction to the company.

Backup database: As backup of the information generated by different users you have a file server Windows Server 2012 with the File Services role installed. This server is in USA and we make backups automatically each week, all information is protected and duplicated to other 2 backups servers.

This policy is advised to our employees, suppliers and customers in order to have a polite use of information and provide better quality service.

Customers will be informed of this privacy notice by the annex in terms and conditions within the quote we sent to our clients. You can also find this privacy policy in our webpage at the bottom of the home page.

The information is gathered as follows: through online forms, and surveys of service. Through the information we collect on the services we offer like phone calls, social networks and email.

We use the information to provide the various services that our company offers and to maintain a continuous and direct contact with our customers.

The information we collect from our customers will be used only for commercial purposes, but will remain available to judicial authorities, as long as they have a search warrant.

Monitoring and enforcement:
There is a Quality Department that ensures the supervision of the department of IT and makes the internal Audits. The IT Department is in charge of the update, changes and revise of the policy. In case there is any adjustment we will inform you appropriately.

Access of all information collected is fully protected with password and access control. However, if you need to modify any information supplied to Thelsa in any process, please send an e-mail to ask granted access to the information or call directly to the contact number, so we can meet your requests. Please be aware that any changes submitted might affect the responsiveness times of our processes and we will keep evidence of your request.

It is important to point out that we understand that we have your implicit consent to use your information in the terms of this policy, in order to perform the services contracted. However, in any case you don't accept this implicit consent, we will require evidence where you stand that you are not agree with this type of consent.
