Quality analysis: Customer satisfaction surveys, recommendations, complain or comments.
Information collected automatically in our websites
We do not collect any information about you, your location, nor any other personal data through our websites.
Our websites can retrieve information only when you share it in our online forms. For now, us websites don´t use "cookies" or any other tools that automatically collect information about the visitor.

The information we collect from our customers will be used only for commercial purposes, but will remain available to judicial authorities, as long as they have a search warrant.

Security for privacy

Backup database
As a backup of the information generated by the different users, backups are made daily on the backup server of the Windows Server 2012 server. This server is located in Mexico. All information is protected and sheltered by external peripherals and in the cloud.
Quality
We keep accurate, complete and relevant personal information as reasonably possible and only for the purposes identified in this policy.
We recover your personal data from the following channels: Thelsa Mobility Solutions application form, online forms, exchange of personal data of agents in order to provide services, service surveys, telephone calls, social networks and by direct email to Thelsa Mobility Solutions.

Monitoring and enforcement
There is a quality department that ensured the supervision of this policy and organizes internal audits.
